son or your daughter's adolescence did not 

get used by the ... in the following five

the lack of confidence in himself . Teenager 

need to develop their skills through learning 

and if refused, will find himself in a dead end .

make us happy , but he must study for a 

future without abandon that course for 

hobbies and mocks the entire time of the 

study.

sense of hopelessness about the change when 

they do not have to have enough confidence in

increase his valuable new skills without 

forgetting those acquired in advance


Why teenager sleeps a lot?

While your child wakes you up at the crack of 

dawn when he was 3 years old , here is the 

day to sleep late hours of the morning.


Does this mean that your teenager lazy ? Not 

necessarily,  teenager during sleep creates 

new contacts ask him to sleep for a longer

Ask him to set a specific date to go to bed . 

 then he has to give up drinks in the evening .

such as watching television , video games, 

computer and lose it the sense of time .  read a 
good book or do a quiet activity . It can also 

take a warm bath That will help him to sleep 

In the morning , the breakfast beneficial , 

consisting of hot drinks , dairy , fruit and 

grains to help him start a new day at best. 

Upon his return from school he should avoid 

long naps That will be difficult for him to 

sleep at night .


But beware if you notice an excessive real 

sleep , it may be that in some cases evidence 

of depression. So be vigilant !
